02Can I use Zenurture outside Bangladesh?

Yes. The service is being designed for people in Bangladesh, Bangladeshis living abroad and people from other backgrounds. Therapist availability can depend on location.

03Can I speak in Bangla?

Therapist profiles will clearly show the languages each person speaks, including Bangla and English where applicable.

Finding a therapist

01How do I choose a therapist?

You can compare verified background, languages, areas of work, session format and the therapist’s own introduction before deciding.

02What if I don’t know who to choose?

You can use optional guided matching on Zenurture without creating an account. You are also free to keep reading and decide later.

Sessions

01What happens in my first session?

It is usually a conversation about what brought you there, what you want help with and whether you feel comfortable continuing. You control what you share.

02Are online sessions available?

Online and in-person availability will be shown on each verified therapist profile.

Booking

01How does booking work?

When you are ready, you can view availability on Zenurture. An account is requested only after you continue with a selected session.

02Do I need to create an account to look around?

No. You can use the public website and read resources without an account. An account is requested only when needed for an action such as booking.

Privacy

01How is my information handled?

Zenurture should explain what information is collected, why it is needed and who can access it. Patient information is not displayed publicly.

02Is mood tracking required?

No. Mood tracking is not part of this booking flow. Zenurture does not automatically share sensitive matching answers with therapists.

Online sessions

01Can I join from home?

If a therapist offers online sessions and it is appropriate for your circumstances, you can join from a private place where you feel comfortable.

Accounts

01Why might I need an account?

Accounts are used for actions such as completing or managing a booking. They are not required for reading, matching, browsing profiles or viewing availability.

Mood tracking

01Can a therapist see my mood entries?

Not automatically. Patients decide whether they want to share mood information with a therapist.
