This page describes the intended privacy principles for the public Zenurture website. A complete legal privacy notice should replace it before launch.
Browsing the public website
You can read public pages and resources without creating an account. The public site should collect only what is needed to operate, understand basic performance and keep the service reliable.
When an account is needed
Account creation is requested only after you continue with a selected session, or when you manage an existing booking. Public reading, matching, profile browsing and availability do not require an account.
Patient information
Personal patient information is not displayed publicly. Access should be limited to people and systems that need it for a stated purpose.
Mood information
Mood tracking is optional and belongs to the patient application. Mood information is not automatically shared with a therapist. The patient chooses whether to share it.
Before launch
Zenurture should publish a full notice naming the organisation responsible for data, the information collected, purposes, retention, sharing, rights, contact details and any location-specific requirements.
